Sofa arrived, so did a coup d'état.

Isn't it typical that you try to make your home comfy and all of suddent your daily life becomes no longer a regular, daily life. In the past, whenever I bought new furniture, built a little garden on balcony, or find a new boyfriend, I then had to move to a new duty station, which meant a cancelation of the newly installed sedentary lifestyle.

After having waited for three years in the current duty station, I finally bought a sofa. Then, this time, it was not a transfer to a new country, but a coup d'etat in the country where I live. Great. And typical. It's good that I bought a sofa at least, as I can dwell on it for as long as I'd like while a curfew is in place.
